These Terms of Service govern your use of sdbody.com and participation in the SDBody text messaging program. The website and messaging program are operated by Hormones and Wellness by SDBotox under the SDBody brand. In these Terms, “SDBody,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hormones and Wellness by SDBotox.

By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. Text messaging requires separate consent as described below.

Website information and medical care

Our website provides general information about our services, health, and wellness. Website content, including symptom checkers, educational materials, and responses to general inquiries, is not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Program description

Hormones and Wellness by SDBotox operates the SDBody text messaging program. When you opt in you must be at least 18 years old, you may receive messages related to your inquiries, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, and customer support.

If you separately consent to marketing messages, you may also receive promotional offers and information about SDBody services. Some messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent

We send text messages based on the consent you provide for the applicable message category. Providing a telephone number or accepting these website Terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.

Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services or receiving care.

By enrolling, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided. Please notify us if that number changes or is reassigned.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, requests, and the messaging program you join.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s charges are your responsibility.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any SDBody text message to unsubscribe from that messaging program. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, no further messages will be sent through the program unless you opt in again.

You may also contact our office to request removal from text messaging. Opting out of text messages does not cancel an appointment or membership.

Delivery

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and other service providers and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging is not an emergency service. Contact our office directly for time-sensitive scheduling matters and call 911 for medical emergencies.

Mobile information and privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide information to service providers that help operate our messaging program, solely as needed to deliver and support that program, or disclose information when required by law. SMS consent does not authorize unrelated third parties to send marketing messages.
